Sustainability
Sustainability is central to how we operate and grow. We recognize climate change as a key business challenge, so we've set a goal to reduce our CO₂ emissions and lower our environmental footprint. To achieve this, we promote carbon storage through are wood products, adopting falcata, a fast-growing species that can be harvested in as little as seven years, as our main material. Through our falcata afforestation program, we aim to create a sustainable foundation for the future.
Additionally, we have installed solar panels for in-house electricity consumption at our manufacturing bases, are introducing LED lighting to enhance energy efficiency, and are improving labor practices to reduce working hours and energy consumption.
Afforestation program
We have been carrying out afforestation projects using falcata on the islands of Kalimantan and Java since 2006. Reaching a diameter of 40 to 50 cm, falcata forms large forests in just seven to eight years. These forests absorb and store CO₂ and release oxygen, creating a healthy ecological balance.
Once harvested, the raw material keeps the CO₂ stored within its structure as it is transformed into various products. Through our afforestation initiatives we aim to tackle the challenge of global warming at its core. Our cyclical, agroforestry-based approach prevents the depletion of vital forest resources. Helping us to achieve a sustainable balance between nature and humanity.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Supporting the people and environments we depend on is central to our operations. In Indonesia, we assist local schools and social institutions by providing classroom essentials and aiding in the repair of damaged facilities. We also contribute to disaster relief, including aid following the 2021 eruption of Mount Semeru, and have donated medical supplies during public health emergencies like COVID-19.
Through these efforts, we aim to create a lasting, positive impact and build a better future together.
